CVD? $175 N/A 9 of 10 Comments: Played all + or - dvd's whether it was R or RW. Nice unit. I love it. One big complaint thought, is the operating noise. When this thing is spinning it is very loud. Other than that its great. Puts my Sony to shame.

CVD? $200 N/A 9 of 10 JPG/JPEG DVD-MP3 Comments: tested on dvd-records from Traxdata and cd-records whit noname. Works great,have tried to Play DVD-SVCD MPEG2(s) on a DVD-R/-W but dont got any sound.

CVD? $175 N/A 8 of 10 Comments: Remote control unit could have been better. Otherwith a nice player. Has TruSurround, component output. Audio has Digital output and 5.1 output connections.

N/A 10 of 10 Comments: Along with this player that came with my Yamaha home theatre system, I bought a Sony DRU500A burner and a Dazzle 150 capture device for authoring. The only "glitch" with home-made DVDs is that you MUST change the audio settings from "ALL" to "PCM" or else the DVD won't play audio. So far, I have been successful creating and playing DVD+RW, DVD-R and SVCD in this player without any problems.
