N/A No rating DVD-MP3 Comments: Hi, This Player play all the DVD i have : DVD-R Medianca (4x), Max disc (4x), Noname (2x), Bulpak (4x) DVD+R Maxdisc (4x) DVD+RW Nashua (2,4x) et Verbatim (2,4x). The resume playback feature cause pb with DVD-R/W. I think this player don't make difference between two DVD-R. So, if you eject a DVD-R/W before the end of the film and insert another DVD-R/W, the player try to resume the playback. If you are lucky the new DVD-R inserted don't play from the beginning and presing the Stop button two time solve the probleme. But sometime the total longplay time of the new DVD-R is too short compared with the previews one and the player freeze... No pb with DVD+R.

Supports RGB *over scart* but not SVideo, dd and dts passthrough, single scart adapter, composite RCA *cinch*. Coaxial digital connection only, plus analogue stereo RCA. That is it in terms of connections. Simple but well designed GUI, good IRC *no more psychedelic Thomson IRCs of yore*. A very good entry level player with sharp, bright images *RGB*, excellent contrast. Excellent MP3 sound, acceptable GUI *12 letters of file name, plus folders, NO ID3 tag* , RANDOM play over the entire disc, accepts MP3s from 128kbit and up, BUT> plays first three seconds of any MP3 cue at very low volume, only then shifts to full volume. Why the hack is that. Great DVD/Recordable compatibility, works with ANY format. EVERY PC generated DVDR *plus and minus* from a NEC 1300a and NERO 5.5xx works.
