CVD? $1500 over 1 year 8 of 10 JPG/JPEG DVD-MP3 MPEGISO Comments: Likes: Very good picture and sound, I'm using RGB scart and Coax digital. Dislikes: Extremely long startup time (up to one full minute). Does not play all MP3-tracks if disc contains 200+ tracks. Does not play JPG/MPG. Would have given 10 if not for the "Dislikes" section.

CVD? $1000 30 days 10 of 10 DVD-RAM Comments: In my opinion the best DVD/HDD Recorder on the market. The recording playback picture is supberb, especially recording on HQ+ which gives an amazing 15Mbps, which is simply mind blowing. The features are good, the editing facilities are very good which should please most people. The good thing about this dvd recorder is that it will record in the formats dvd+r, dvd+rw , dvd-r and dvd-rw but not dvd ram, but who cares it's a useles format. It will play DVD+DL discs, as i have tried all my ones and have not had any problems, unlike my old philips recorder which had problems playing the DL disc's. The only downside to this recorder is it's price, but then again in y opinion you do get your money's worth.
