I'm tired of look for the code for this player.

CVD? $90 over 1 year 8 of 10 Comments: DVD-R work whithout any probs in my Sharp DV-S1. I bought it 1.5 years ago at Radio Shack. I burn with LG GSA-4160B and BenQ 8x media. I use Shrink dvd 3.2.0.15 with the "deep analysis" option enable and everything work fine. Nero Express 6.3.1 is also installed in my computer. It take about an hour to do all the job but worth the wait.

MP3 WMA CVD? $100 N/A 8 of 10 MP3 ID3 TAG Comments: I have had the player for 18 months. It works very well for playing standard DVD's. It plays all the audio cd's as well as MP3 cd's on a variety of CD-R media. It has worked fine on the following CD-R's: Memorex 48x Vebatim 16x eWorks 48x Sony 48x Optimum 48x KH Hypermedia 48x Fuji 40x Generic Silver Tops (16x to 40x) While it may not be ideal for DVD-R's, it works very well as a CD player. It is true that on the MP3 CD it will recognize more than 255 songs per disc. Audio quality is good, and playback is smoother than on my computer. The discs were mostly burnt with a LiteOn 52x24x52 drive, or 52x32x52 drive; I generally don't burn audio faster than 40x, or the recommended media rating, whichever is slower.

When I got home it worked perfectly fine. Less than a week later when I was watching my brand new (first time watching) Lord of the Rings dvd I noticed that the sound had a delay. I called SHARP and they told me to do a bunch of crap, so I did. The player still did not work so they told me to pull the plug and somehow the player was back to normal. The picture quality is excellent and so is the sound. When playing MP3s on it, it does not give the full name of the MP3 for some reason. I am happy with it except I cannot play my downloaded movies on it.

CVD $100 N/A 5 of 10 miniDVD/cDVD JPG/JPEG Comments: has dvd+r/w support still wouldnt recommend got it as a gift and was going to try and sell if it didnt play dvd+r/w. played ritek dvd+r and verbatim dvd+rw no vcd. i guess it will work for the time being. not a good buy @ all.

I had it for 4 months before the sound starting going out of sync with video on store bought dvd. Does support mp3 dvd , made like data cd. But what they don't advertise is that it's only up to 255 songs, you can fit a little lees on a cd. Play's dvd-r's and dvd-rw's but very picky on what . I have had to actualy take it apart and clean the eye of the lazer, to get the audio/video sync problem to stop. a total loos of money and time; made soo cheap my son's have better toys than this.
