CVD? $100 5 days 3 of 10 JPG/JPEG DivX XviD Comments: Has trouble with DVD+R DL...can only scan x2, on regular DVD+R can go x4 and x64. Upscaling can't tell difference in 480p and 1080i, using a RCA 52" HDTV with HDMI to DVI cable. After turning off unit, all the resolution settings go back to 480p, you have to re-set everything on next use. Remote is very weak....to scan forward you have to HOLD the chapter buttons until it starts scanning. The player is built beautifully, but functions like crap.

CVD? $150 1 days 8 of 10 DivX XviD Comments: Player works smoothly with no drive noises noted during regular playback. No delay between remote selections and action (as noted with some CyberHome and other low end players). Burned playback is excellent for all tested media.
