CVD? $200 14 days 7 of 10 JPG/JPEG Comments: I picked up one of these units at target right before xmas. The box and user manual advertise up to 3 hours of battery life. The pdf user manual on the polaroid website advertises up to 2.5 hours battery life. The unit I got only had 2 hours of battery life on a good day. This unit (PDV 077PT) is very similar to the PDV 0700. The only differences are that this unit comes with 30 video games (they are located inside the joystick that comes with the unit) and a swivel screen. If you catch it on sale, you can get it for about $200 at target. The screen quality is excelent compared to other units on the market and the unit has a range of functions that rival all of the units that cost $100 more. It comes with a wall plug for home and for the car. It has two earphone jacks. The brightness selector gives a wider range than most units on the market. I recommend getting this unit through the online catalog since the stores do not offer extended warantees anymore (and you will want one for something like this). I have returned my unit to get the PDV 0700 since that unit has a longer battery life. The PDV 077PT does not appear to be compatable with backup batteries either. If battery life is not important to you, I highly recommend this model.
