Nagrywałem do tej pory na różnych płytach DVD/tych powiedzmy niefirmowych/ i nic nie odtwarzał. Dziś idę po płytki te, które wymienili jako OK inni. Jeśli ktoś ma ochotę zamienić kilka słów o sprzęcie to niech da znać.

CVD? $550 N/A 8 of 10 Comments: I have my DVD-Writer (TEAC DV-W50DK) only for a couple of days, but so far everything I tested worked fine! Tried DVD-R (Verbatim, Intenso, Maxell, TDK) - everything ok, and also some DVD+R. All were easily accepted by the Panasonic Player. CD-R on the other hand never worked, after reading the comments hear I tried CD-RW - also a no go. As far as I'm informed, the first DVD-Players (and this one is a little bit older) had a different laser wave-length which has problems with the reflection surface of the CD-R's. But thats just a suggestion, I don't care, because - who uses his DVD-Player as a CD-Player (and with the DVD-R technology now, who needs VCD...)?

Cheepy ones play usually after multiple retries.

Datawrite DVD-R work fine every time at 4X with SONY DRU510A. DVD+RW Datasafe are not recognised by the player. Havent tried DVD+R or DVD-RW yet

N/A 8 of 10 Comments: Burned home movies from DV tape to Philips DVD+R using Sonic MyDVD (Bundled with Sony DRU500A). Worked fine. Also using Sony Branded DVD+RW was OK most of the time although player needed power recycling once for this.

DVD+RW from Philips works very bad, I could use this DVD one time, it's strangly. CD-R(W) don't work with the Player!

N/A 9 of 10 Comments: first: my capture card is a Leadtek VC100 (BT878 based) capture only card. the standard drivers have their limitations!!! Out of the box, it captures PAL at 352*276 (ho-hum). go to http://btwincap.sourceforge.net/index.html and get a REAL driver for this card. NOW we can capture at 704*576. With TMPGenc I generated an XVCD using instructions from VCDHELP. I used NTI CD Maker pro v 5.17 to burn the VCD. NTI balked at the resolution, telling me that it probably wouldn't work. But, it worked fine. The A360 took it great. looks good

N/A No rating Comments: HI, I have a Sony DRU500A, firmware 1.d and the Panasonic 360. NO problems with DVD+R from Sony or Philips. DVD+RW sometimes fails but after retry, it works fine. CVD? $500 N/A 7 of 10 Comments: Die DVD-R's laufen auf diesem Gerät ohne Probleme, habe mehrere Rohlinge verschiedener Hersteller getestet - alles o.k. Bei den DVD+R's sieht die Sache schon anders aus. Die Billigmarke "DataTrack" testete ich zuerst: Der Player erkennt die DVD zwar, spielt sie auch anfangs ohne Fehler ab, stürzt aber stets nach ca. 40-60 Minuten vollends ab. Ich gab diesem Rohling mehrere Chancen, doch immer wieder dasselbe Resultat: Abstürze noch und nöcher... Somit gab ich dem Ricoh-Rohling mal eine Chance: SPITZE!!!! Diesen DVD+R Rohling spielt der A 360 absolut fehlerfrei von Anfang bis Ende durch, null Aussetzer und Abstürze. Und den Ricoh gibts ja für 3,50 Euro auch schon recht günstig...

N/A 8 of 10 Comments: I bought my player in year 2000. Pioneer DVD-RW no play, noname "Princo" DVD-RW plays fine, Verbatim DVD-RW plays after lots of eject/close action, quite boring. DVD-R not tested yet.

N/A 7 of 10 Comments: I'm in the UK got mine hacked for all regions. It plays VCD's if recorded on CDRW (only tried Packard Bell 80 mins) worked perfectly. Only trouble is VCD is not recognised by the player... you have to force it to. Which involves opening and closing the eject tray to restart the reading process. Eventually it will work. (normal for me <10 tries) Great player though, had for about 3 years. Didn't even Know until this website that it could play VCD's. You live and learn :-) Russ

N/A No rating Comments: Ich besitzte einen DVD-Brenner von Philips (DVDRW228K). Die mit diesem Brenner erstellten DVDs (DVD+R und DVD+RW) laufen ohne Probleme. Auch eine DVD-R (gebrannt auf Pioneer A04)habe ich in meinem Bestand, diese läuft ebenfalls ohne Probleme.

MP3 WMA CVD? $700 N/A 9 of 10 Comments: When I read that the A360, that I own for 3 years now, may read CD-RWs, I tried and burned an Enterprise episode on a Intenso 650MB CD-RW (green). It worked perfectly! The quality is really good, phat bass! As I know there are differences in CD-RWs. One sort for 1-4x Burner and one for above. I have an old Sony 4x/2x/20x Burner, so I burned the CD-RW with 2x. Enterprise now on TV really rocks! :)

I have noticed that DVD+RW disk sometimes don't work and have come to the conclusion that this has something to do with how the audio is encoded. Haven't figured ouy why yet.

No need to pud DVD in machine, switch off and then switch back on again.

After I've read all the comments in the forum, that it seems to be possible to play VCD's with this player, I've started to find a Media that will works. Works fine: TDK CD-RW XG "For Audio Only" Doesn't work: CD-R: Silver Circle, Liftec "Silver", Maxwel CD-R74MU,Maxwel CD-R 74XL, EMTEC CD-R (Red), TDK CD-R74 Reflex Ultra (Blue and Green), Verbatim CD-R "metal AZO" CD-RW: TDK CD-RW (1x-12x), Lead Data CD-RW, Intenso CD-RW (Green) This TDK RW is for use with an "hardware audio CD recorder". Maybe all medias for those stuff may works ;-).
