CVD? $100 over 1 year 7 of 10 JPG/JPEG Comments: Decent for the price, definately not the ultimate system, but the combo VCR is 6-Head. Plays all store brand CD-R's that I have tried, VCD 2.0, WAV, MP3. Did fail DVD-R Maxell however.

CVD? $? 300 days 5 of 10 Comments: TO ADD TO MY COMMENTS. THIS UNIT FAILED AT 9 MONTHS TO PALY DVD'S. I COULD NOT FIND ANY INFO ON WARRENTY OR WHERE TO GET REPAIRS. COULD NOT FIND OUT WHO MADE THE UNIT. WHO IS NOVA AND WHERE DO I CONTACT THEM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT AS A BYE.

CVD? $90 over 1 year 7 of 10 Comments: Confirmed: This unit will play both DVD+R and DVD+RW's. In fact I've had no burn-outs with good DVD+ media (Sony or HP) but many DVD-R & -RW failures but using a no-name brand.More later.

CVD? $90 240 days 7 of 10 Comments: This unit will defintely play DVD-R's and CBR MP3's. That's all I've tried thus far but will return with better info soon.

CVD? $100 N/A 7 of 10 MP3 long filename Comments: No Macromedia or Multi-region hacks so far. Any ideas ? It looks like GoVideo-DV1030, and documentation is almost identical (including page numbers).
