With latest firmware the divx that previously skips few seconds now works well and now is also possible play divx with double audio track and switch between languages on-the-fly :-) subtitle for divx works ok as well. good player !

CVD? $? 2 days 8 of 10 DivX Comments: Hí, I´ve just bought mine yesterday but i´m been having some problems with the subtitles... When I insert some mpg´s and avi´s in the the DVD Player, it recognises as vcd and when I select subtitles they don´t appear in the movie. Can anyone help me? Other thing that i dislike is the yellow subtitles without shade. But, above all i thimk it´s a really good player.

MP3 VBR 320kbit/s WMA CVD $125 N/A 9 of 10 JPG/JPEG DVD-JPG DVD-WMA DVD-MP3 MP3 ID3 TAG DivX MPEGISO DVD-MPEGISO Comments: It reads allmost everything, including ASF and WMV files (except those that use the last WMV codec), and all DivX and XviD that i've tried. Someone has posted that it doesn't read DVD+R. That's not true. DVD+R and RW are read perfectly. At he moment i've not seen any problem qith DivX (like skips or syncronization problems). A very good player.

CVD? $100 N/A 9 of 10 JPG/JPEG DivX MPEGISO Comments: play all my Vcd (even with menus), Svcd ('til 3500 kbit/s, never tested upper bitrate), Divx 3.x / 5.x, Jpg, Mpeg Iso, on CD-R / RW. Just on one Divx the playback sometimes skip few seconds (1-4) always on same few points.
