During the years i have tried alot of DVD players and this is still the one i use in the living room... Nothing i have tried has been better yet, Yes for exmple the never Kiss versions have DivX support but over all, this is still by far the best DVD player...

N/A 3 of 10 Comments: I bought this player mainly becauser it was cheap and offered MP3 support. I don't like it though, and have had much problems with it. (I've had it replaced 3 times, because it had problems reading the second layer on almost all dvd-discs. The unit i have now has no problems with it though, but this says alot about the quality...) Picture quality is low (image is too bright, so all black gets a bit greyish.) It cannot read DVD-RW or DVD-R to my disappointment, and sometimes has problems reading SVCD discs. The MP3 part is good, though it can't decode mp3's with lower than 64kbit bitrate (but who cares:-) Normal DVD's get hot as hell when they are played (and the unit itself gets very hot too). Can't be good for them. In short. Dont buy this. There are better cheap players out there.

N/A 8 of 10 JPG/JPEG MP3 long filename MP3 ID3 TAG Comments: Some DVD's are very hard to read! Picture freeze more often than I think it shuld do, maybe with every 5:th disk. This happen more often with asian "pirated disks" than originals. Disk get very hot! This may explain why its poor readability in combination with DVD disks with poor surface.

CVD? $125 N/A 1 of 10 Comments: Playback of Audio CDs gives bad bass frequency response and distorsion. Had the unit exchanged for another one under warranty and the audioproblem is the same. Video output in RGB mode has a strange colour, SVideo is much better. I will bring the unit back to the dealer tomorrow and hope to get my money back.

CVD? $200 N/A 10 of 10 JPG/JPEG Comments: I´m really surprised about the high quality and compatibility this DVD player offers. The first I thought was the mark KISS was not known by me and I bought it with some questions, but the more I use it the more I like it, I´ve done comparisons with another DVD players of my friends and I don´t change it.
