CVD? $150 2 days 9 of 10 DivX Comments: Very good quality picture and sound, very responsive, easy to use. Plays DVDs that were unplayable in my old player due to scratches. Plays almost all DivXs I threw at it (might have a problem with some VBR-audio though). Unfortunately, XviD hardly supported (very hit and miss, more miss than hit in my case).

Its greate player for money.... Recomendet....

CVD? $150 N/A 6 of 10 Comments: I bought this DVD player for its DivX capabilities. 1st disk I tried gave a horrible picture and judging from the manual it doesn't support interlaced encoded DivX files. Which I'm guessing was what was used with the file I tried. so I'm sending this back. on the plus. It looks very slick and plays regular DVDs and DVD-R's no prob. Another minus: the remote is crap. No, apparent, ffwd! Just shit compared to my trusty old Philips DVD 622.

JVC have 2 versions, the XV-N315 in Black & the XV-N316 in Silver, the only difference seems to be the colour.
