N/A 8 of 10 Comments: A compact ,reliable unit which I purchased for fishing/camping trips. Run off a portable 12v supply I find the power drain acceptable getting three or four days usage out of the power supply viewing three or four DVDs each day. Purchased in the UK for £347.00 I felt it was a better purchase than a smaller ( but more expensive) personal DVD player. I have played CD-R audio discs with 100% success. Using various brand disks including TDK, Imation and Sony all recorded using Adaptec software. Due to a problem with my graphics card I have not yet been able to try VCD. I hope shortly to purchase a DVD-R recorder in the hope that as this unit supports CD-R that it will also support DVD-R. Designed primarily for portable/in car entertainment. The unit comes in a special carry case containing 2 sets of headphones,IR remote control and 2 power adapters (mains and 12V). ***The unit does not have an internal power supply*** Technical details provided by manufacturer are very limited.
