N/A 9 of 10 MP3 long filename MP3 ID3 TAG Comments: Excellent player with a lot of built in features. Not only multi-region, but has region selector, so the DVD's with specific region coding can be played. Has no trouble playing most formats, VCD, SVCD, MP3 & DVD+R and Dolby Digital 5.1 on a budget player must be very rare.

CVD? $120 N/A 9 of 10 miniDVD/cDVD Comments: Great cheap Player which is built using the same components as the Sampo D560. Same specs also apply to the Afreey LD2060. Takes all media and with various firmware upgrade can play Mini-DVD on CD-R media as well. Has all outputs (composite, component, scart, s-video, 5:1 channel out, optical audio digital out (Toslink), coaxial audio digital out, mixed audio out) Firmware available at http://www.area450.co.uk/firmware.htm
