Very pleased with this after one week.

CVD? $70 N/A 8 of 10 JPG/JPEG Comments: Works great. Plays all kinds of DVD recordables with no problem. It seems like there is a small siund sync problem.

I've only seen two problems: video and audio are about 200ms out of sync on DVDs, and chapter skip back from chapter 2 will often go to the previous title. NTSC -> PAL conversion works on 24fps material fed into my PC's TV tuner card. I haven't tried PAL -> NTSC conversion yet.

N/A No rating Comments: Great player. Plays may "fit to 1 disk" XVCD's like a charm. I thought I would try one to see if it would work -- and have not looked back since.

CVD? $50 N/A 9 of 10 JPG/JPEG Comments: CompuUSA just had this one for Thankgiving sale and I picked one up for $35. The ad didn't give much specs but when I got there the carton listed DVD-R PLAYBACK clearly on it. This is just what I was looking for. It has played everything I have put in it so far. Great buy and price.
