CVD? $80 180 days No rating JPG/JPEG DVD-JPG DVD-MP3 MP3 long filename MP3 ID3 TAG Comments: Contrary to the existing info this player does play DVD+RW (but not DVD+R - go figure) and plays MP3 on DVD. Video quality is excellent over RGB via scart. Best thing about the unit - the audio. Options for LPCM include 16 bit 48 KHz, 24 bit 96 KHz and 24 bit 192 KHz. I think this means it must be upsampling the data as 192 KHz only exists on DVD-A and it does not supoprt that format natively. For some reason MP3 on DVD sounds better than MP3 on CD - maybe the upsampling - maybe something else?
