CVD? $? 300 days 6 of 10 Comments: Used it to play SVCD's. No problems whatsoever, used CD-R and CD-RW. Recently bought a dvd-writer (NEC 3500A). Tried various media. No support for DVD+R (tried 2 brands of DVD+R) But is does support DVD-R, DVD-RW and DVD+RW.

Player is been sold regioncode free by IT's in the Netherlands. also Macrovision is switcht off. ??? Would recommend this player for copyprotct dvd's. to copy them to another DVD.

CVD? $50 60 days 8 of 10 JPG/JPEG DVD-JPG DVD-MP3 MP3 long filename MP3 ID3 TAG Comments: This is a good player and does it al Only the last copies i made didn't work anymore First i thought the problem was my writer but it's not, I tried differend brands but no luck, But CDRW's stil are working, Al the dvd's i burned before stil work so i'm puzzled The YAKUMO MASTER XL2 is identical only the power switch is on the other side And the MARQUANT DVD 333 K has the same Mp3 menu but the mp3's sound terrible

CVD? $80 N/A 8 of 10 JPG/JPEG MP3 long filename DivX MPEGISO DVD-MPEGISO Comments: Plays all my burned movies and downloaded mpeg series on dvd+r(w), dvd-r, cd-r and cd-rw. (dont have a dvd-rw to try out) I tried around 50+ traxdata dvd-r and dvd+r and they all worked! i burned my dvds with liteon 811s with 4x and 8x speed. I also didnt get any freezing of movies or series (like futurama or simpsons mpeg files) I bought it at IT's in the Netherlands for € 69,- if you are interrested in a dvdplayer, just burn some movies on dvd and go to the shop and ask if you can try them out before you buy the player, it worked for me :) Overall i think this player is very good for the price, it does every thing i want it to do for the price.

( see also http://www.xs4all.nl/~wijnands/proline/ ) Player is sold in the Netherlands region free. Macrovision seems to be hard coded and impossible to disable.
