CVD? $? 270 days 5 of 10 Comments: Does not appear to like DVD+R media and can barf on DVD-R as well sometimes. I was able to get my I/O Magic DVD burner to work using DVD Decrypter to strip copy protection, make smaller with DVD Shrink, and burn automatically with Nero. The burned DVD-R discs worked fine on the player. A friend made a disc using another program onto a DVD-R and it woudn't load the film. On a second try I accidently hit the menu button and the film loaded even though no menu is present. Not sure why this worked, but it did. Kinda pissed that DVD+R wouldn't work even though this is suppose to be a newer player than another Apex player I own.

MP3 WMA CVD? $40 330 days 5 of 10 JPG/JPEG DivX Comments: Plays VCD very well. Tryed several different types of DVD media but does not play any of them. Very disappointed about this. Purchased at Sears around Christmas time.
