Tried a DVD+RW in a Memorex DVD Player and it got stuck and the DVD player turned itself off. Won't put it back in that one. The PlayStation 2 is a SCPH-300001 and it also just says it is unable to read the cd. This particular media has been used multiple times as a test disk (less than 20 total). The Symphonic WF802 has never had a problem reading this particular +RW disk. Works fine on Symphonic WF802 Does not work on JVC XV-S300BK Does not work on Sony Playstation 2
