Used on NEC ND2500A to burn at 8x and no glitches at all. Read back just fine on both the NEC burner and my old YELO 800 DVD, so can't ask more than that.

Advertised by reputable online supplier as "a cheaper alternative to the Ritek dyes", I bought expecting to be a little disappointed as I tend to use Ritek due to other discs being largely incompatible with my ageing playback hardware. However, these discs perform well - write at 8x as specified, low error rate, excellent playback in a difficult-to-cater-for standalone DVD player, and a resilient, smooth top that looks well manufactured. So far I am very pleased with these discs.

Have always been a huge fan of Grey Datawrite, and theese discs do not dissappoint me. Even my old 2x grey datawrite still work flawlessly today, wich can not be said about many of my orange bulkpaq, red datawrite etc. Half a year old, and I have to be happy to read theese discs 100% without data errors. I tried burning theese 8x discs with my old firmware 1,13 at first, but they only wrote in 4x, so I checked for new firmware, and surprisingly enough, it had just been released, and the 1,15 firmware works as a charm writing theese discs in 8x, wich practically means burning a complete dvd-r in approx 8minutes - "smoookin'"

Very poor. So far 3 coasters out of 3 burns on my new Pioneer 107D using firmware 1.13. The Burn goes ahead OK, but once finished, nothing shows up on the disc in Windows Explorer, and all Nero Info Tool says there is 0MB used, even though you can see the burn extents quite clearly on the disc.

I'm not gonna waste anymore of these. Avoid these discs with this burner.
