 Region code hack posted by magnolia1984, August 14 2009:1. Power on the DVD player 2. Press the Open/close button on your remote control to open the drive tray; remove any disk and leave the tray open. 3. Press 2,4,0,3,9,6,0 4. Press 9 for multi-region playback. You will see a "9" appear in the upper right hand corner of the TV. DO NOT Press Enter button on your remote control 5. Press the Open/close button on your remote control to close the drive tray, and power off the DVD player before it says "no disc". 6. Power the DVD player back on and it is region free !!! Woohoo ! | ||||

I was waiting for a confirmation here before trying it as somebody on the forum said he had problems with his unit after trying the hack, but it did work perfectly after all. | ||||
