1. Turn Power on
2. Open Door (onscreen display reads insert a disc )
3. Using the remote press 16719 while pointing remote at dvd player
4. config menu is now displayed onscreen, press ok
5. press 0 to change to all regions
6. press Exit on the remote
7. dvd player will now play any dvd's
