I bought mine 635 in Czech and hack works great for all regions.
1.turn on player (no disc inside)
2.on remote press MENU 1 9
3.on remote press up or down to select region ("0" ALL)
4.on remote press ENTER
5.turn off player

Then turn on, put disc inside and have fun !
