Region code hack posted by backdoc425, October 05 2008:
1) Make sure no disc is inserted
2) Press Setup on the remote Control and scroll/navigate to Preferences
3) Using the Remote Control enter 9653 and a service
page will appear with a region code menu at the bottom of the menu,
4) Use Up/Down buttons on the remote to change region
Codes,
5) Set to 0 (zero) for multi-region, by highlighting the 0
(zero)
6) Hit the <set-up> button to exit from the service page.

Your player is now region free!
