The picture is random. Sometime we get it, sometine not. I assume there is a problem either with the driver, either with the codec on my PC (XP). at least, I wouldn't say that it is plug and play. When no picture I restart the player ... several times. It's really a pity because when it works, it is quite good. I use it with a DVD player, for testing purpose.
