Video Maker is not only a real-time MPEG-II encoding card but also built-in a TV-tuner which supports for the NTSC and PALTV system and gives excellent functions including TV-in-a-Window, always on top mode and OSD function. With the S-Video and composite video input, it gives you the ability to read, edit, record and save their special videos. While the video out function gives the ability to output your files into CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or any available device.
