This card is nice and cheap at just £10, but I can't find the right video capture drivers for it anywhere. It appears to install OK, and appears as if the card is present in device manager, (Using the VIA OHCI drivers) but I am unable to transfer any data from my Panasonic NV-DS11 camcorder to the PC.
