I am running this card on a W2K server dual 900 PIII and it is working great. Capturing into Ulead MovieFactory and writing to DVD. Great addon card. I had trouble using both it and an ATI Rage Fury Pro , but once I took out the ATI, no capture conflicts occurred.

I try all the setting on my PIII 900mhz (7200rpm hard drive), and with i420 compression input there is no problem at all to go to 640x480 with mpeg2 for 2 hours of no-drop frame. It work with VirtualDub but only in 320x200. No problem with Ulead VideoStudio. For VHS backup it's ideal, for the price...
