One of the best.Very fast in changing channels.Very reliable software,some quirks are the skins in full screen loose the input and close buttons. Quality of picture is top notch. Have had no trouble either in TV mode or Video capture modes. Quality of DTV both standard & HD is very good. Price paid was a very reasonable $78 thru eBay. Can recommend.
