Works great with VirtualDUB, Ulead DVD Workshop and Intel Intervideo WinDVR (provided with the card)for capturing. Can capture full motion to AVI and encode on-the-fly to MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and DivX. My system is a Pentium IV 2.4GHz, Gigabyte 81EXP Motherboard, 512MB PC-2100 DDR DRAM (266MHz), 160GB Hard Disk (7200rpm, ATA133). No dropped frames. Audio goes into Sound Card. The line out on the card is for the FM Tuner Out/TV Sound Out to connect to your sound card with the cable provided. Installed a lot of Apps & Codecs early in my testing. Somehow that corrupted the capture driver. Don't ask me how. Reinstalled Win2K again and everything is fine again. My video camera is an analog Sony CCD-TRV49E PAL. Mono sound. Hi8 videos. Good Picture. Will do full DVD resolution. MPEG1 and MPEG2. NTSC or PAL. Getting it to work was a nightmare. But once working, it beats the hell out of the ATI Wonder piece-o-crap. 1.3 Athlon ASUS 266 Comments posted by Hector from Other, October 30, 2002: Compatibility: Win95? Win98 Win2K? WinXP? Vista? I have been using this card for 2 months now and this card is marvelous. I am able to capture up to 720X576 using VirtualVCR without dropping any frame. I'm using Pentium 4 1.6Ghz, 1 Seagate 40Gb 5400, 1 Seagate 40Gb 7200 for capturing, ATI 7000 Radeon display card, 256 SDRam and Windows XP Home. Capture from my satelite tv and the picture is so sharp and clear. I recommended this card without hesitation. Comments posted by Nizam from Other, August 16, 2002: Compatibility: Win95? Win98?
